To receive a full refund or avoid booking charges, cancellations for standard chauffeured sedan and SUV reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full estimated trip fare, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Reservations for specialty vehicles—such as stretch limousines, sprinters, shuttle buses, and charter coaches—or bookings for special events (weddings, roadshows, prom nights, corporate events) are subject to a 7-day cancellation window. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit all paid deposits. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled event dispatch will be charged the full booking amount.
If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location within the allocated grace period (30 minutes for standard address/office pickups; 60 minutes for airports) and does not make contact with our dispatch office or chauffeur, the booking will be categorized as a "No-Show." No-shows are charged the full fare plus any wait-time fees incurred.
For Executive Membership accounts, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will result in the deduction of the full scheduled trip hours from your monthly plan hours allotment. Wait-time fees beyond the standard grace periods will be billed to the member's payment method on file at the specified overage rate.
Blessed Marina Global Transportation monitors incoming commercial flight coordinates. If a flight is delayed, we make every effort to adjust chauffeur dispatch times. We do not charge cancellation or penalty fees for flight delays or cancellations verified by the airline. In the event of extreme weather road conditions, airport closures, or other force majeure events, the company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide vehicle substitutions without penalty.
All clients must review and accept this Cancellation Policy prior to booking completion. By clicking "Book Now" or signing a membership/corporate agreement, you signify your consent to these terms.
